Rotate PDF keeps the complete file workflow inside this browser tab. Your selected file, its name, contents, settings, and generated output are not sent to AntiUpload or a cloud conversion service. Ads and aggregate traffic analytics stay outside the processing boundary and receive no file object or working buffer.
Rotate PDF changes the orientation of every page in a PDF document by a specified angle — 90° clockwise, 180°, or 90° counter-clockwise. This is the fix for PDFs that scanned or exported sideways, upside-down, or in the wrong orientation for printing.
Rotation is lossless — pages are not re-rendered, just reoriented. File size does not change, text remains selectable, and the operation is instant.
How it works

When to use Rotate PDF
Fixing scanner output that came out sideways
Flatbed scanners sometimes produce pages in landscape when you wanted portrait. One 90° rotation fixes the whole document.
Correcting phone-scanned documents
Mobile scanning apps occasionally misdetect orientation. Rotate 180° to flip back to right-side-up.
Converting between portrait and landscape for printing
Some printers prefer one orientation. Rotate the PDF 90° before sending to the printer.
Frequently asked questions
Does Rotate PDF upload or share my files?
No. Input files are read from browser memory and the output is created locally for your download. AntiUpload does not send file bytes, names, sizes, page counts, contents, passwords, or generated outputs through analytics or advertising requests.
Can I rotate only specific pages instead of all of them?
Not in this tool — all pages rotate together. For per-page rotation, split the PDF first, rotate individual pages, then merge back. Per-page rotation is on the roadmap.
Does rotation reduce quality?
No. The rotation is recorded as a page attribute; the underlying content is not re-rendered. Output is byte-for-byte lossless.
Will the rotated PDF print correctly?
Yes. Both Adobe Acrobat and native OS print dialogs respect the rotation metadata, so printed output matches what you see on screen.
Can I rotate multiple PDFs at once?
Yes. You can load several PDFs in one batch and rotate them together, then download the results without processing each file separately.
Is it safe to rotate a confidential PDF here?
Yes. The rotation happens entirely in your browser and your PDF is never uploaded to a server, so it stays on your device. You can confirm this by checking the Network tab or disconnecting from the internet after the page loads.
Does the rotation save permanently in the file?
Yes. Unlike rotating in a viewer, which often only changes how a page looks on screen, this writes the new orientation into the downloaded PDF so it opens correctly everywhere.
